Responsibilities- Assemble pumps and other mechanical equipment according to repair manuals and verbal instructions.
- Clean and inspect parts for wear, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate tooling and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, providing clear and concise information.
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with assistance available for heavier objects.
- Standing: Prolonged standing periods of up to three hours.
- Stooping: Required to lift objects off pallets.
- Hand Dexterity: Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and operate controls.
- Verbal Communication: Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Previous Assembly or Mechanic experience.
- Experience with pumps or other rotating equipment.
- Ability to use micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Overhead crane, lift truck, machining, or welding experience.
