We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our Ambulatory Chemo Infusion Center team at Kaiser Permanente in Seattle, Washington. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients on an on-call basis, adhering to our ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and policies.

About the Role

This is a per diem position that requires flexibility and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our health care team to coordinate and facilitate services for patients, providing ongoing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients on an on-call basis
  • Coordinate and facilitate Health Care services for the patient
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Assess patient lifestyle risk factors and integrate health promotion and preventive aspects of care
  • Work with patients to develop plans to improve their general health status
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire
  • Basic Life Support required at hire
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ambulatory care nursing experience preferred
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
