Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned professional to take on the role of Lead IT CRM System Architect within our IT department. This position demands extensive practical expertise in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365) and the Power Platform, alongside related Microsoft technologies, tailored for IT business system solutions. The successful candidate will not only architect MS Dynamics 365 based solutions but also guide a project team comprising internal IT personnel and external consultants in the deployment and maintenance of these system solutions within a rapidly expanding global IT framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate proactively with CRM system users globally to spearhead the conversion of business needs into technical specifications and solution development utilizing MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  2. Conduct analysis, design, and lead technical initiatives to develop or configure D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App, aimed at enhancing business processes and workflows.
  3. Direct the technical efforts to design and integrate Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and D365 solutions with other applications, such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party services.
  4. Utilize exceptional communication skills to function as a Technical Project Manager, guiding internal IT staff, overseeing external consultants, and collaborating with functional teams on CRM system enhancement initiatives.
  5. Remain updated on the latest features and best practices concerning MS Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.
  6. Oversee and maintain comprehensive records of technical designs, configurations, and processes for developed solutions.
  7. Facilitate and lead CRM system training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower users in adopting Power Platform and D365 based solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A total of 10-15 years of experience in IT or software development, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate acquired in an IT organization.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale IT projects and IT system support for high-tech enterprises.
  • Experience in IT system ownership, including user support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and influential skills as a confident yet adaptable technology leader.
  • Solid understanding of lead-to-opportunity business processes, sales force automation, quotation management, and workflow design.
  • Proficient in data analytics and SQL, as well as data/system integration.
