Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in:
- Delivering comprehensive support for environmental assessment and remediation projects, taking on technical, project management, and regulatory roles.
- Overseeing projects of varying scales, particularly those that are long-term, complex, and present significant strategic importance.
- Providing project-level technical guidance and strategic oversight.
- Promoting ethical and safe work practices.
- Developing strategic proposals and financial plans to support business opportunities.
- Collaborating with Program Managers and Senior Practice Leaders to drive business expansion.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through the cultivation of strong client relationships and development.
- Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing measures to enhance project outcomes.
- Contributing to the strategy for project team development, including recognizing talent gaps and planning for resource allocation.
- Being accountable for the financial success and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management abilities, adaptability to manage diverse projects, a positive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
