Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in:

  • Delivering comprehensive support for environmental assessment and remediation projects, taking on technical, project management, and regulatory roles.
  • Overseeing projects of varying scales, particularly those that are long-term, complex, and present significant strategic importance.
  • Providing project-level technical guidance and strategic oversight.
  • Promoting ethical and safe work practices.
  • Developing strategic proposals and financial plans to support business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Program Managers and Senior Practice Leaders to drive business expansion.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through the cultivation of strong client relationships and development.
  • Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing measures to enhance project outcomes.
  • Contributing to the strategy for project team development, including recognizing talent gaps and planning for resource allocation.
  • Being accountable for the financial success and timely delivery of projects.
