Automotive Acquisition Specialist
Full-Time Position: 5-Day Work Week
Weekend availability required.

Position Overview
This role involves engaging with customers interested in selling their current vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Interacting with incoming customers.
  • Assessing vehicles brought to the dealership.
  • Managing all leads from Auto Trader.
  • Handling all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer inquiries.
  • Updating the CRM system with current prospects.
  • Offering test drives to all potential sellers and adhering to dealership identification procedures.
  • Utilizing the dealership's follow-up system.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Setting personal income goals in line with dealership productivity standards and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Participating in sales training sessions as directed by management.
  • Maintaining a prospect development system.
  • Evaluating daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to enhance time management and planning.
  • Upholding a professional appearance.
  • Assessing and managing lease returns.
  • Overseeing inventory.
  • Handling Repair Orders (ROs) and details.
  • Providing vehicle descriptions and managing certification labels.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
2+ years of relevant experience
1 year of experience in a dealership environment.

Salary:
$60,000 - $100,000 per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.
