The Culinary Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring our Guests enjoy an experience that surpasses expectations by delivering food in accordance with our visual and timing standards. This position involves engaging with Guests during food delivery and anticipating their needs proactively. Additionally, the Culinary Service Associate is responsible for maintaining a well-organized expo area and effectively communicating with team members regarding Guest requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Some high school education is preferred.
- Current California Food Handler's Card is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English with Guests, management, and colleagues.
- Comprehensive understanding of busser standards is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned opening duties.
- Clear and reset tables following restaurant guidelines and maintain stocked bus stations.
- Coordinate with front desk and servers to ensure efficient service and Guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to restaurant service standards while serving and assisting Guests (e.g., refilling water glasses).
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant during shifts.
- Support the restaurant team by assisting wherever necessary.
- Engage with Guests, management, and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with Health Department regulations.
- Complete assigned closing duties.
- Report to the manager before leaving duty.
