We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical surgical/telemetry environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient observation and documentation, communicating pertinent information to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating changes in patient condition as necessary.
- Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and judgment.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
