We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent position with a 10-mile commute to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and approximately 25 miles to downtown Tampa.
Company OverviewPhysician Empire is a thriving Community Health center with 14 offices across the region, continuing to grow and expand its services. Our team consists of 15 experienced Family Medicine physicians, 26 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), as well as specialists in Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes
- Promote evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement
Our competitive compensation package includes:
- MGMA base salary: $**$225,000 - $275,000** per year, depending on experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Board certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty
