Environmental Attorney

This role offers the opportunity to work on significant environmental cases and projects, providing legal services to some of the region's most prominent developments and waterways.

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Environmental Attorney to join our renowned environmental law group. The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-10 years of experience in environmental law, focusing on regulatory/compliance and litigation.
• Expertise in ISRA, site remediation, and due diligence.
• Significant experience with applications before municipal planning and zoning boards.
• Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
• Experience with high-profile cleanup and litigation matters, including Brownfields projects.
• The ability to generate new business or a portable book of business is highly preferred.
