Job OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (Prn L1) - Varied Shifts Inpatient Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit 1 to join our team. This is a per diem / prn nursing job in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our tiniest patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate care
- Educating and supporting new parents on basic infant care, including breastfeeding, hand hygiene, and back-to-sleep practices
- Caring for premature patients, ill newborns, and complex surgical patients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of NICU experience preferred
- A strong understanding of neonatal care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
