We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to join our team at Physician Empire in New York. This is a permanent position with a 4-day work week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Work-Life BalanceOur clinic hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour work week. You will have a manageable patient load, with an average of 18-20 patients seen in the clinic per day. We also offer a 1:3 call coverage arrangement, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Practice DetailsAs an OB-GYN physician with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for delivering approximately 65-85 babies per year, with a goal of increasing your obstetric volume over time. We also offer scheduled surgical block time, allowing you to plan your cases and manage your workload effectively.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $415,000, plus a $75,000 start/retention bonus paid in three annual installments. You will also be eligible for a RVU bonus, paid quarterly, based on your productivity and performance.
