Arlluk Technology Solutions is seeking a professional to support the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) as an Observer for Urinalysis Specimen Collection. The selected candidate will provide direct observation for selected individuals providing urine samples for drug testing under the guidance of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) and the Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager (DTPAM).

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior military experience is preferred. The Observer will be responsible for directly observing selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing, understanding the legal requirements of the position, and following the directions of the WDDRPM and DTPAM. The Observer will also be responsible for documenting their direct observation during each individual specimen collection on appropriate forms and providing feedback of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs to the DTPAM.

The work environment is a professional office setting with a moderate noise level. The incumbent will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
