Server - Morning Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Ojo Spa Resorts. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing tables, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill them in a timely and gracious manner
Prepare tables, describe menu items, and respond to questions
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and remove dinnerware from the table
Work effectively in an environment where the pace may vary
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience as a server, preferably in hospitality, fine dining, and/or a farm-to-table environment
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit is required before hire
Punctuality and reliability are critical
Ability to work proactively to ensure the best possible guest experience
Ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays required
Ability to stand for eight or more hours per day, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
