About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier/Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls Store 1551. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between performing the role of Coordinator and taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, exercising discretion and making decisions to satisfy customers while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan, prioritizing as needed and addressing immediate customer service issues.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances.
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
