Restaurant Manager Job Description

Panda Express Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Murphy, Wylie, Sasche TX. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
