About the Role\
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. Your expertise and skills will be essential in delivering evidence-based practice, ensuring patient safety, and promoting positive outcomes.\

Key Responsibilities\
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, incorporating advanced assessment, planning, and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, addressing individual needs and goals.\
- Develop and implement effective care plans, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.\
- Utilize technology and data-driven insights to inform practice decisions and enhance patient outcomes.\
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices.\
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital standards.\

Requirements\
- Current New Hampshire RN license required.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (except for Pre-Admission Testing and Operating Room).\
- PALS certification for Emergency Department nurses.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training or completion within the first year of employment recommended.\
- Graduation from an approved Nursing program preferred.\
