Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality wound care services to patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective wound care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify wound care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care plans to promote healing and prevent complications.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance wound care services.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in acute wound care.
  • Experience with Cerner EMR.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • COVID and FLU vaccination required.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Active Illinois license.
