About HUB International

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Account Support Specialist to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers in pre-renewal processes, capturing pre-renewal information, and assembling complete renewal submissions.
  • Collaborate with Account Management Team on service strategies, aligning client business needs with insurance objectives.
  • Update and maintain agency management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HUB service workflow procedures.
  • Develop and maintain loss analysis worksheets, obtaining loss run data from carriers.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including updating Acord applications, preparing MA RMV forms, and issuing certificates of liability.

Requirements:

  • Related insurance support experience.
  • Producer's license or ability to obtain license within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks with focused attention to detail and sense of urgency.
