Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist at ICAN Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children with various speech and language disorders, including autism and feeding disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
  • Provide targeted, evidence-based speech therapy to children with diverse speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and behavior analysts, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license or interim permit
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Experience with evaluating and treating children with various feeding disorders
