Role Responsibilities:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in executing renovation projects, focusing on irrigation systems. This role encompasses assisting with various project tasks, acquiring project management skills, and preparing for advancement to a Project Manager position.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic education or experience in golf turf management or related fields.
• Understanding of golf course operations and renovation processes.
• Familiarity with project stages and relevant technology.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency with common tools and machinery used in golf course renovations.
• Competence in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Expectations:

• Oversee field crew members, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in managing daily operations of irrigation projects, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration.
• Support client relationship management under the guidance of the Project Manager.
