Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions in Archbold, Ohio.

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks and operating various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Duties:

• Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
• Cleaning offices/work areas, emptying trash and replacing liners, cleaning windows/window sills.
• Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms - ensure that facilities are sanitary and stocked for use by clients.
• Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
• Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and very detailed.
• Commercial Cleaning experience a plus.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor's directions.
• Follow building or customer-specific protocols.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements of this position include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repeating cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $20 to $21 an hour.
