Job Summary

Specialty Produce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Packer to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate packing of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and stack orders assigned with precision and efficiency
  • Load product into delivery vehicles with care and attention to detail
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred
  • Experience using hand trucks a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and maintain a clean work environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and mathematical abilities
Physical Demands
