Job Overview:

The experienced Cleanroom Estimator will provide full-service estimating for prospective projects, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and reliable quotes. This position will be responsible for estimating structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing without design drawings.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills as they work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and engineers to deliver a hassle-free solution with guaranteed functionality over time.

This role involves creating scopes of work for subcontractors to bid according to, developing and maintaining working relationships with suppliers and contractors, and running estimate review and sales meetings to stay coordinated with the Engineering team.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, competitive salary, comprehensive group insurance, 401K, and opportunities for advancement.
