Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis nursing

Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of WI
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in dialysis nursing
  • Previous experience in an inpatient setting required
  • Prior experience with CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis required
  • Trauma level II experience highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Charting experience with Epic
