About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our nursing services across multiple facilities in Western Montana and Denver.

Job Summary

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise. The successful candidate will oversee nursing operations, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations
  • Lead and manage nursing staff across multiple facilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Participate in management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or resident complaints or concerns
  • Drive the balance of cultural, clinical, and financial success of the region
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of current federal and state laws and regulations that apply to the practice of nursing in a long-term care setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to make presentations before top management, public groups, and staff
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
