Dentist Specialist for Pediatric Care

With a strong commitment to providing exceptional dental care, Sutton Dental & Braces - a Benevis company seeks an Associate Dentist to join their team.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program and be licensed to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Nitrous Oxide certification is also required for certain locations.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality dental services to patients, with a focus on creating happy, healthy smiles in the community, primarily for children and young adults.
This role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and engagement in a compassionate environment, with opportunities for growth and development through mentoring.
Compensation:We offer a competitive salary in excess of $200,000, along with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, we provide benefits such as guaranteed base pay, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term/long-term disability, basic life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.
Our comprehensive package also includes paid holidays and time off, continuing education reimbursements, CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P), reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, multiple schedule options to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and VISA and Green Card sponsorship available.
