Engineering Director

Crystal Springs Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our sustainability standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including equipment and tools.
• Manage the Maintenance Department team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering management.
• Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
