Amharic Instructor Opportunity at Berlitz

Berlitz Languages, a leading provider of language education, is seeking an experienced Amharic Instructor to join our team. As an Amharic Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality language lessons to students, helping them achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective language lessons to students, focusing on their needs and interests
  • Develop and maintain student records, tracking progress and attendance
  • Integrate technology into teaching programs, ensuring a seamless learning experience
  • Travel to clients' homes to deliver lessons, providing personalized support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Teaching experience is required, with a strong background in Amharic literature and language
  • Minimum proficiency level of Berlitz Level 7 (equivalent CEF Level B1.3) in Amharic
  • Exceptional communication and administrative skills
Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
