At Providence Health & Services, we are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, Washington.

We are committed to providing innovative, technologically advanced care for patients with complex neurological and cardiac diagnoses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementing and making appropriate adjustments to the treatment plans, reassessing treatment results, and providing discharge recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with the neurological population and have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45.66 and $72.27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

  • Evaluate and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
  • Implement and make appropriate adjustments to the treatment plans.
  • Reassess treatment results and provide discharge recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
