Forklift Driver Job Description

Eclipse Professional Services is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to support our outbound and inbound deliveries. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining the staging and loading areas organized and ensuring the safe and orderly movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the staging and pulling of materials for trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling.
  • Work closely with production and logistics to coordinate the loading of finished goods materials from outbound trucks or other transportation methods.
  • Meet scheduled deliveries and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Verify material from pick lists/BOLs while loading trucks.
  • Assure a smooth handoff from production to shipping and arrange quality checks before products are sent to customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
