Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at ECHN. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for physician examinations and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Assist with administrative and clinical duties, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification or experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
