Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse

What You'll Be Working On- Managing a patient panel with diverse needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or testing centers, as well as tele-health visits
- Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing clinical training and opportunities for in-office procedures
The base salary range for this role is $142,000 to $151,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Requirements- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care or 1 year in outpatient primary care coupled with primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
- State-licensed in New York by start date
