Job Overview

As a key member of the Securities Operations team at Argent Financial Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our investment accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily reconciliation processes for managed investment accounts, ensuring accurate reflection of investment activities in transaction ledgers.
  • Handle client transaction requests with precision and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Assist in the quarterly reporting and billing procedures for all client accounts.
  • Generate and process reports as needed for clients and portfolio managers.
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries and fulfill requests as necessary.
  • Monitor corporate action events related to held securities and collaborate with portfolio managers.
  • Address situational account issues as assigned and provide coverage for other team members when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
  • Prior experience in investment operations, accounting, or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential, including the use of arithmetic formulas and tables.
  • Strong understanding of systems and database tools is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • This position requires an in-office work environment.
