Ricciardi's Pizzeria is a veteran-owned small family business seeking a talented Culinary Artist to join our team. As a Dining Experience Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and presentation: Prepare all served food to meet the highest quality standards and present dishes in an appealing manner
• Food planning and coordination: Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and ensure timely delivery
• Menu knowledge and compliance: Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions to provide an exceptional dining experience
• Recipe adherence and special diets: Follow standard recipes and special diet orders to cater to diverse customer needs
• Equipment operation and maintenance: Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to maintain productivity and safety
• Sanitation and food safety: Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes to ensure a clean and healthy environment
• Cleanliness and organization: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields is essential for success in this role
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is required to excel as a Dining Experience Chef
• Strong attention to detail is vital to delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure is necessary for success in this role
