Role Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that's shaping the future of e-commerce and digital marketing. As a Data Analyst at TikTok, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our users' behavior, preferences, and needs. Your expertise will help inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data sets to support business decision-making.
* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business strategies and initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improvement of operational efficiency.

Requirements
* At least 3 years of working experience in the data analytics domain, with a bachelor degree or above, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred.
* Proficient in SQL and one of the main data visualization tools such as Tableau.
* E-commerce or online marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
* To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact driven person.
* Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast speed environment.
