Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Implementation:
    • Direct and manage numerous HVAC, plumbing, and piping initiatives across different commercial and industrial venues.
    • Formulate and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
    • Collaborate with local teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee effective project execution at each site.
  • Field Supervision:
    • Travel regularly to project locations to oversee on-site operations, providing direction and ensuring compliance with project plans.
    • Conduct site evaluations to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
    • Address and resolve any on-site challenges or issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary liaison for clients at each project site, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and any concerns to clients and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
    • Manage client expectations and address any modifications to project scope or timelines.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Guide and mentor on-site project teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure alignment of all team members with project objectives and company standards, regardless of location.
    • Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture across multiple sites.
  • Quality Control & Compliance:
    • Ensure all HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
    • Implement and uphold safety protocols at all job sites, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
    • Review and authorize project documentation, including reports, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met across all locations.
    • Authorize invoices, change orders, and purchase orders for each project site.
    • Prepare and present financial summaries to senior management, highlighting project profitability and cost management.
  • Risk Assessment:
    • Identify potential risks associated with multi-site operations and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety protocols.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply them to future initiatives.
