KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours and monitoring electrical appliance usage to prevent hazards.
  • Clean, service, and restock restroom facilities.
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials.
  • Maintain building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Adhere to procedures for utilizing chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or acids according to specifications.
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as required.
  • Inform management of significant repair needs or enhancements to building systems.
  • Order supplies and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and project guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
