The Infant Nutrition Supervisor will manage all operations within the Infant Nutrition Lab.
This essential role will deliver the oversight and clinical expertise necessary for the effective daily functioning and coordination of all Infant Nutrition Lab activities.
The Infant Nutrition Supervisor is tasked with ensuring that all patient feedings are conducted in a secure environment, adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assess the competency of Infant Nutrition Technicians.
Coordinate, advocate for, and deliver clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab.
Manage all activities related to the storage, preparation, and distribution of human milk and infant formula within the Infant Nutrition Lab.
Recruit and onboard new Infant Nutrition Technicians.
Oversee performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab.
Required Competencies:
ACCOUNTABILITY, ANALYTICAL THINKING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, ADAPTABILITY, PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition (Required)
Dietitian/Nutritionist License (ND LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL), Registered Dietitian Certification (CDR) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Work Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Dietitian.
