IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our team of IT professionals in delivering large, complex strategic initiatives across multiple development teams and with global impacts.

• Lead strategic IT initiatives and provide updates to all levels of management
• Analyze systems and applications, conduct feasibility studies, and perform other duties as assigned
• Establish and track KPIs for strategic initiatives and collaborate across global business and IT teams
• Act as a thought leader in selected technology and business activity domains and coordinate with architecture teams to leverage business architecture blueprints
• Champion the use of business architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies for strategic initiatives
• Partner with industry analysts, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to support key initiative delivery

• Extensive experience in the development and management of large-scale global initiatives leveraging Scaled Agile Framework practices
• Extensive project and program management experience
• Executive presence, executive verbal and written communication, and program management skills
• Preferred qualifications include Scaled Agile Framework experience, global project experience, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, math, or a directly related quantitative degree or related field

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
