As a Service Manager with America's Swimming Pool Co. - South Shore, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pool service department. You will oversee a team of technicians, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely and quality completion of service calls.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pool service department
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of service calls
  • Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Train and onboard new service technicians
Requirements
  • Previous experience in pool service or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • CPO certification or willingness to obtain certification

Compensation

$1,000.00 per week

ASP is the nation's largest and most trusted swimming pool cleaning franchise system with 257 locations across 20 states. Each location is independently owned and operated by a small business owner. Our locations experienced professionals service over 420,000,000 gallons of water each week - always with reliable, friendly service and a flat, affordable rate.
