Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary:

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time position. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work within a school setting to provide speech and language therapy services to students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Environment and Support: Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages student growth, creativity, and self-expression.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with Pennsylvania state licensure preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
