Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Downtown. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in the delivery of outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, greeting guests with a friendly smile, and reporting maintenance deficiencies.

Responsibilities

  1. Clean and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  2. Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Report maintenance deficiencies to management and assist with resolving issues.
  4. Prepare caddies with daily supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
  5. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous housekeeping experience. You must be able to work weekends and be available to work a variety of shifts. Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
