Agilant Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the configuration, imaging, and asset-tag application of desktop and laptop computers. You will also be involved in inventory-control management, scanning devices into spreadsheets, and assisting with project-based moves or installations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and image desktop and laptop computers for deployment.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of products.
- Scan devices into spreadsheets for inventory purposes.
- Assist with project-based moves or installations, including loading and unloading delivery vans.
- Drive and deliver equipment within a 50-mile radius of our DuPage County office.
- Maintain the company van and ensure it is in good working condition.
- General knowledge of computers, particularly current Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with IT equipment deployment, preparation, imaging, and delivery.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
- Experience with IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft application software, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new procedures as needed.
- Holds a valid driver's license and is capable of loading and unloading delivery vans.
- Other technical certifications, such as HPE, Microsoft, or Network+.
- Experience using and troubleshooting MacOS.
- Experience with low-voltage cabling.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN hardware and software.
- Active Directory administration.
- Healthcare applications, such as Epic.
- $17-19/hour.
