Job Overview

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This position will be based out of our main office and will require strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and direction over the residential program(s) to ensure compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD, and Pennhurst requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support individuals with I/DD in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Conduct regular site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and goals.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
  • An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.

Benefits:

  • Full-time benefits include health, dental, and vision insurances, 3 weeks annual leave during the first year, retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability, and an extensive paid training program.
  • Salary starting at $24.55 per hour.
