We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves performing a variety of skilled maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and other building infrastructure.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.

The HVAC Maintenance Technician will:

• Utilize a mobile device to update work statuses and document completed tasks.
• Assess manpower and material requirements for various projects.
• Conduct cleaning, lubrication, servicing, and repairs of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address major maintenance issues.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems using appropriate tools.
• Review vendor projects and compile punch lists for completion.
• Diagnose and resolve complex building system issues.
• Assist with project management as required.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain logs and complete preventive maintenance work orders.
• Propose improvements to preventive maintenance systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in mechanical areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within an institutional environment.
• One of the following certifications: Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA certification, or Journeyman Plumber License.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics.
• A valid driver's license.
• A foundational understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• The ability to operate hand-held construction tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods.

This role may involve exposure to high heat, noise, and other environmental factors. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and nights, may be required to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.
