Position Overview: ProHEALTH, part of the Optum family, is seeking a patient-focused Endocrinology Specialist to serve the New York Tri-State market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate independently while maintaining strong connections with local tertiary care hospitals that offer comprehensive Endocrinology services.
  • Oversee and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Promote teamwork, evidence-based medicine, and value-based care.
  • Support provider wellbeing, work-life balance, and flexible scheduling.
  • Conduct patient examinations in the clinic and perform necessary surgical procedures.
  • Consult with patients to address their health concerns and conduct specialized tests for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted licensure in New York or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Fellowship trained with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
