**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products, procedures, and customer service approach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and assisting customers in-store or within close proximity.
  • Manage cash transactions efficiently, accurately handling cash, credit card, and charge transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge through regular training sessions.
  • Support merchandise stocking and collaborate with customers to fulfill their requirements.
  • Learn and follow proper procedures for various transactions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Proficiency in using computers and calculators.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Quick problem-solving skills and professional response.
  • Build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
