Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray units
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
- Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Diagnostic Imaging
- 2+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
