Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Fryer to join our team at Cub. As a Bakery Fryer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fried bakery products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix batter according to recipes and quality standards.
- Fry batter in hot grease to produce high-quality fried products.
- Clean and maintain fryers, equipment, and work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Rotate and stock finished products to ensure maximum product sales.
- Assist customers with questions or requests and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push/pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a bakery environment with frequent exposure to hot grease, temperatures, and ventilation.
- Stand for long periods and walk on uneven ground.
- Use equipment such as timers, mixers, and fryers.
