Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, specialty cocktails, and other beverage requests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and satisfactorily pass responsible serving course, such as TIPS, as required by property.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
